About the Client

Atlas Skateboarding is a premier independent skate shop based in San Mateo, California — a respected cornerstone of the West Coast skate community since the early 2000s.

The store carries an elite, carefully curated roster of over 80 brands including Nike SB, Converse, Adidas, Vans, and Palace. Atlas is not just a retailer — it is a cultural institution.

Their offline strength was built over years through brand collaborations and exclusive releases. However, their Google Ads channel was massively underperforming relative to the store’s reputation and product depth.
